Male warriors should read this book for the educational value and the leadership insight it provides in dealing with female warriors. Quite possibly one of the best leadership books I have come across in dispelling rumors and get the mission accomplished so that all warriors are recognized for their potential and skills. Real life stories that commanders and seniors NCOs will encounter with great solutions in dealing with these events. A definite must read!
